Good list but Baloth Bloodtusk, Usunok, and Thulgeg definitely deserved a spot on this list. Baloth was known as the finest warrior among the Wrothgarian Orcs of the first era and was able to stalemate Gaiden Shinji in thier duel, which shows how skilled he was as a warrior. Then we have Usunok who was an Orcish champion of Trinimac who would hunt and fight giant beasts with his bare hands, it is said that he was strong enough to kill a adult mammoth with one punch. Finally we have Thulgeg who was a warlord of the desert orcs of Hammerfell who was able to unite all the tribes of the hollow wastes and was able to defeat and repel the Ra Gada of Hegathe. Gathering the desert orc clans and goblin tribes on a exodus out of Hammerfell through the Dragontail Mountains, defeating the Ra Gada of Hel Ra who tried to stop their march, and Thulgeg stayed behind with 500 hundred warriors as distraction and fought the Bretons of Bangkorai pPss and a large Ra Gada force that was behind them for three days, so the other clans could continue thier exodus to the Wrothgarian Mountains and Orsinium. Also not sure why Gortwog and Kurog are on the list but not Torug? Like he is the Orc who started this whole Orsinium thing lol. Tbh though I don't really think any of the orcish kings should really be on the a list of the "strongest orcs" cause they pretty much have zero feats or the feats why have shown arent that impressive. They are definitely the most influential Orcs but they aren't the most strongest orcs imo.
