If you're going to FORCE people to use an online form to enter the country, be SURE the form is up and running AT ALL TIMES! I'm traveling next week and after multiple attempts to get to this form I keep getting a system error / failure message. You ask that people complete this prior to traveling, but how are we supposed to do that if we can't get to the form? My 1st attempt it asked me for my email address, which I entered but did not receive a code. Every attempt after that has been a failure. SMH
