Ground floor we will consider 600sqft and terrace 400sqft so it's 2200 and it's correct Yes land value in SMV is 50lakhs But construction with this kind premium interiors is not possible in 35 lakhs. And ma'am what about borewell charges Electrical and water supply charges?? Materials hike in the market?? And what about profit for us?? Which we worked 9-10 months investing more than 90-95lakhs and time of ours?? And please check the prices in market for all this. Well for all that I know I wouldn't keep staircase right infront of the entrance and entrance all the way to the corner . Shower in front of comode. Any hw good luck ..
@@casadesigns8340 Common on man, it's a worse design, accept it ! 1- Worse placement of the ducks. Two ducks but not properly used. 2- Powder room could have arranged instead of wasted space in foyer and beside stairs. 3-To use Toilet(which u didn't show purposely coz it hasn't got good Light & ventilation) every time one would need to cross the living area, specially when ladies need to go for a bath. 4- Both Toilets are above Pooja space, which is WORSE thing in this plan ! 5- At the upper floor, instead of balcony space, door of bedroom should have given North facing with a big window opening to the terrace. Balcony opening in the Kitchen makes any sense ? Matlab kuchh bhi ? 5- And what is that water storage cover doing in the right middle of the parking ? 6- Wrong facade. The grey rectangular facade should have taken down till first floor balcony. 7- 1.25 Cr for this ?? I mean r u joking or what ? Learn to accept. Different people would have different opinion. Good luck. Has anybody bought it though???
Hello sir I think you have very bad vision or knowledge about designing and planning. There is a foyer area in front of the door which can be used as shoe rack and storage space.
