Part two of making a new spindle nut for our tool and cutter grinder

Center drills, god love em, soo easy to twist off.
They are not the optimum to start with.
Correct angle for a center….
wrong angle for a drill, 118..
A ultra short, web thinned drill sharpened a bit wider 120 say.
None of those problems.

your compound should be angled the other way for internal threads.
