@@cinema.zipfile as another multilingual person, I think getting your thoughts in order and being true to the wording and emotion can be kinda hard and takes a lot of focus and attentiveness, and some people choose to just do a short summarization instead, which is fine in some situations, but Kevin was really putting in effort and care even though this is not in his job description (my tone might be coming across as if I´m arguing, it´s more like this wouldn´t have been equally as easy for me) (i´m not in the right headspace to be writing this comment, i can´t hear my own thoughts over my headache omg)
Kevin is a REALLY good translator. The phrases he's choosing to use really seem to capture what the boys meant instead of just the literal words they said being awkwardly translated to english. Idk if im making sense but yee go kevin!!!!

Kevin seems to be a sensible boy, not because of his good English, but because he could deliver a well-organised speech. This has been seen that in a few video clips
I don't feel sad for his leaving. Of Course I miss him. But its good for him personally to get rest and get away from things he is having hard time with. He is still young. He can still get back to everything he wants. Till than its more important for his mind, soul and heart to be okay and strong. They will be 12,but I think instead of remembering him that he left, why not remember him for being strong and choose to get break, even if it was getting away from his dream. He choose to follow different path for his dream. That's good and should be respected.

He needs the break and healing time, thats out of question. But it must be very hard to drop his dream tho. He was so passionate and loved being on stage etc. etc.

kevin interprets so quickly!! i'm really impressed with how carefully he chose his words and how fast he was able to do so, really shows both his fluency and thoughtfulness towards representing the boyz well internationally :)
As an interpreter myself (not Korean), I am very impressed by Kevin’s interpretations of his members. He isn’t using any vocal filler and each sentence produced is complex and grammatically accurate in English. Easier said than done. ❤️👏🏻
Can we talk about how good Kevin is as a translator. Even tho there are other members are fluent in English, he takes on the responsibility and translates the sentences well, rather than just a few words. And it’s probably a relief to have members like Jacob, Eric and even Haknyeon who give him a little break from translating.
