They were impressed by him and since he wanted to join the army, they advised him to join airforce instead so that he can take advantage of his time there plus mental sharpness to study more.

@@christinamorrison4218 the green card lottery is a type of visa.. He won the green card so he became a permanent resident, which qualified him to work and study in the USA. Plus the military service actually accelerated his naturalisation process and within 2years he was granted citizenship
This helped a lot , I took the test afterwards and scored a 78.33%, the average was a 64.68%, I need to work a little bit more on the math part but I have faith in myself. This is a great place to get some more practice in before test day!!
For anyone wonder if you will see these questions, im not guaranteed that you will see all of them, but you will see some questions that similar to this, if you get it right, the more harder it will get, but don’t stress out, if you get it wrong, the computer will find easier questions for you, easy here not like super easy, you still need to study to get that easy questions right, I hope this answer help and anyone that going to take the test, i wish yall the best

I actually just got back from taking my asvab for the army. I got a 55 & I barely studied. Goodluck to you all & don't stress. If you pick up a ged book or asvab book you will do great
@@Alexischa-qh9pf just some of the basic equations for math, if you study like 30 minutes to and hour a few days leading up to your asvab I think you’ll find it’s not too difficult. Just remember if you find your self struggling, the questions get harder the more you get right.
@@Alexischa-qh9pf also don’t worry about the mechanical and electrical section, they’re really just pooling your score from your arithmetic reasoning, math problems, and paragraph comprehension

Sure did! I made a 93! The fact that people fail it shows me their highschool didn’t try very hard because it’s almost entirely stuff you were taught there.

The first time I took this test I got a 2 the second one I took it I got a 5 😭 the third one I took I got a 7 but I didn’t really care about studying I just went to take the test. I literally just did the ASVAB a few hours ago and this video sucks, the test is much harder, i could answer all these practice questions good but on the actual test i was struggling, the words where words i had never seen before, and there was shapes in the arithmetic reasoning part, the best advice i could give you is to not get comfortable if u get easy questions right, study for a hard test
As you read it draw it out, for example the employees will need 4 chairs, so draw a landscape line for every 4 chairs, then she also said for every 2 desk so write the number 2 on each line, multiply it you get 8
So the full test is 60 questions and how much time do we get? I was trying to answer all of these before the video gave the answer and explanations. I’m lacking in the math portion like many others but also in electrical portion

these questions get you prepared to for the actual test but some of these questions might be on the test but the type of questions you see are very similar in the way of how each question is asked

there are questions in there that you probably seen before studying for the test so if you try remembering what you studied then your score should improve or if its your first time you should have a good score but i would say study on math and try to get majority of those questions right if not try to get all the word knowledge questions correct because it the easy i have a quizlet link if you want that

Do you know that the ASVAB is scored based on the questions you answer. If you only answer 10 questions in a section but all are correct you score perfect. This is not something new, I learned this 30 years ago and scored 99%

Somewhat. As I said above, I made a 70 on the practice and 93 on the actual test. Just remember what you learned in school and you’ll do fine.
I didn’t know this test existed until yesterday. My recruiter has me taking it on Tuesday.🙃 I struggle with vocab the most.

So this means that many of the questions appearing here are in the Asbav? and how are you so sure?
each ASVAB has many questions 15 in each chapter be 10 chapters I know because I have done it and it is not easy at all
these questions get you prepared to for the actual test but some of these questions might be on the test but the type of questions you see are very similar in the way of how each question is asked

Do you know that the ASVAB is scored based on the questions you answer. If you only answer 10 questions in a section but all are correct you score perfect. This is not something new, I learned this 30 years ago and scored 99%
