      I think a long-ranger would be a good option but sometimes hard to justify as you probably won't make any money with it as opposed to the cinewhoops. I have a Roma F4 build I bought off someone that also uses my naked gopro, and then a 6" for long-range and speedy car chasing. Would love to see you build and play with a cinelifter tho!

    hello, Matt. I'm a big fan of you from Ukraine, Kharkiv. I'm pretty sure you have heard about russian invasion into my country. And now we have to use our drones to defend our cities and lifes. So I have a question to you if you could think about and share your best vision for improving the stability of the signal and increasing the range with background distortions.

      Hey man, I released a video a while back about flying further with your drone but that is honestly the extent of the insight I can provide. My focus is more on the filmmaking side and not as much of the technical stuff. Unfortunately, I don't have great advice in that area. I really hope you and your family continue to stay safe though. What's happening in your country is horrible. As Mo said, stay strong.

    • @MattPochwat
      @MattPochwat  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Haha everyone just wants to know more about the foam mount. It just sticks on! The specific foam I use is a replacement piece for the QAV-S. You can get it on GetFPV. I As an alternative, I used to use foam makeup sponges (they have to be dense) and would use double-sided tape to mount them to the quad. The important part is having a frame that will allow you to thread a strap through to hold your camera in place.

      The ones I use now are replacement mounts for the QAV-S. I bought them on getfpv. Once I placed the GoPro onto it, I was able to strap it down at pretty much any angle I wanted.

    I just got a nazgul5 v2 second hand, and it currently has 4s motors, but as I have no batteries so far, is it worth going 6s? I don't really want to spend the money, but the main reason I'm considering is if 6s really has longer flight time. I'm assuming the rest of the electronics can handle 6s because the bnf is sold with both options. Also, I know about throttle limit, and that I could fly either way, I'm just looking for the best option.

    Hey, I have a question. First of all love your channel and thanks for your content! As you are a person that has had both the Johnny Fpv Drone and the Nazgul evoke I wanted to ask you which you would recommend for someone wanting to film with a 5 inch drone. Possibly even some action sports. Thanks!

    it might take a while, but I'm building a cinewhoop first, I can make it pay for itself really easily.
    the pavo360 is sick but not a first drone.
    until then its hours in the simulator and a few soldering tutorials.

    Never used Kiss, but I can send my Betaflight Moongoat dump; flies great at 8,000-9,000' in the mountains

    You fly your ProTek35 with 850 mah?! Thats tiny. I fly it with 1550 mah 4s most of the time. I gotta try some smaller packs, but I feel like you would fly for 30-60 seconds only.

    Hey, i realize this is an older video so u may not see this. but you recommend the tinyhawk3 in this video. i am looking at all the RTF kits available, that’s where i would prefer to start. do you have any recommendations that would work for outdoor? i do not have the space inside.

    I’m looking for a tiny whoop to fly with my DJI goggles and controller with but it seems my options are limited to - alpha 75 & 85 Hd, Tron 80, & the thinking p16 from geprc. Would you recommend one of these or just get the RTF bundle from tiny hawk and only fly analog for indoors?

    What is the logic behind having a back up drone that is not identical to one's primary??

    I'm shocked you don't like the babyhawk II HD... I have one and it rips. It's a very good flying sub250, you're one of the few people that doesn't like it

    If you're filming interior real estate why wouldn't you use a DJI mini with prop guards? That'd make alot more sense to me.
