I don't know what to comment on honestly this video is great I just want to help boost its visibility so I'll leave whatever this is I'm typing for the algorithm... Wait I just thought of something related. The mods! The Unreal Engine era of games look gorgeous as they are but all the mods ranging from simple improvements to the insanely wacky stuff are incredible on their own. Like I can't imagine playing RE2 Remake without the "X Gon' Give it to ya" music mod, for example. And Vergil's chair mod in DMC5 that so many people genuinely believed was originally part of the game. Then you've got the over the top wacky mods like turning the player model of Jill in RE3 Remake into a sandwich. In fact, that's an idea you could do for a video. The importance or major influence of modding. Capcom games are a great place to start! :)
Fromsoft will forever be my favorite developer just for the soulsbourne games. That said I cannot deny capcom is superior. they have both huge variety and quality in their games
1:20 even with those occasional hits like with the ace attorney games, capcom would still do dumb things with those games. For instance, all of the 3ds ace attorney releases other than layton vs wright(which wasn’t published by capcom) were for some reason digital exclusives, even though they had a physical release in japan.
@@realtayo42 Not really. I’m just playing them because I got them for mere pocket change and wanted to evaluate Tango Gameworks’ catalog to see how far they’ve come.
It doesn't make much sense to compare an unreleased game to one that's already out and being played. I'm hype for MK1 but until a game is released I try to keep it in check
@@realtayo42I mean I do like the remake, but to say that the only issue people had with it was it being short is disingenuous. The remake cut out massive chunks of the OG game, made the ending locale a more or less a copy of RE2’s end, and most sinfully completely botched Nemesis by making him only be specific boss fights for 90% of the game, not to mention him being a dog-thing for most of that which ruined part of the draw of Nemesis to begin with. I again say, I did enjoy the remake, but was also massively disappointed because it could’ve been so, so much better. And CapCom knows that and seems to have taken those criticisms to heart
Capcom definitely isn't perfect. I look toward Asura's Wrath and how they put the real ending behind a paywall..Then there's also Street Fighter and how they charge you $60 for a game that doesn't have all its content, and as the comment says below me, there's the Day 1DLC and microtransactions for RE4R. There's also the fact that they need to remake RE3 and there's also the fact that Capcom put out a survey asking if gamers would pay for additional monsters as DLC for Monster Hunter...yea, they're not a good company. With that said, like Nintendo they make good games, but as a company, they SUCK lol.
@@realtayo42 when it comes to greed, they are very much similar, as well as creating good enjoyable games. I don't think I've ever seen any drama of take downs, cease and desists or anything like that, but then again, Capcom delivers on giving that option for the people that still want those older games, while Nintendo does not.
bro now is a good time too not do this video people are against capcom for adding drm and add malware too people pc if we download mods and use them customers on pc side and capcom are at war right now you just made it worse .

Yea RE engine mods are absolutely a feature of their games at this point.
And I might put that idea in the backlog, thanks!
you've been killing it recently 👌
Thanks!
DUDE, UR VIDEOS ARE AMAZING
Thank you!
Honestly capcom is the only video games company I truly trust these days.
They just keep landing critical hits (perhaps besides exoprimal)
My favorite game studio

good video
Sf6 is lit no doubt but here comes the question which decides the fate of all street fighter fans Cammy or Chun-Li who got the 🍰?
Yes
I'm gonna have to vote for "The strongest woman in the world"
While RE4 remake is fantastic the day 1 DLC and adding micro transactions 2 weeks after launch was greedy
I also dislike those practices for sure
Capcom rules
And we got dragons dogma 2 too lol
But What about Darkstalkers?
Rest in peace, I don't think it'll ever come back at this rate
i know capcom gonna be on fire especially when they throw finger to those "group"
Lol
Better get done with my review playthroughs of the Evil Within games pronto to get to the masterpiece that is RE2 remake.
Big horror fan I see. Yea RE2 is gonna be a treat

DmC was great lol
Gameplay wise yes , but the story and characters design was not it
Yo mate are you pinoy? your channel name is kind of using filipino language "tayo"
I am part Filipino yea!
What happens when they hire people who actually care and put effort into their work rather than trying to make a quick buck.
Probably not the games we have rn
it was always the best.
They've made a lot of legendary games
Well, RE4 Remake didn't work very well with its graphics at first and Mortal Kombat 1 looks better than SF😅
It doesn't make much sense to compare an unreleased game to one that's already out and being played. I'm hype for MK1 but until a game is released I try to keep it in check
Dumbest comment of the day by far.. you make no sense, and RE4 is the best looking game of the year. Go drink out of the toilet again
Mk11 also look better than tekken 7 , look who died first
IF IT'S WOKE THEN IT'S A JOKE.
RE3 Remake was amazing. There's nothing wrong with shorter games.
Oh I agree. People got mad about a remake of a short game being short 😅
No way the original re3 was that short lol

Where is Megaman 12?
Comes out this year right?

Yeah, their monetization practices can be a bit bad but I don't think they treat their fans like Nintendo does
