How do you know what is appropriate behavior for a monk? He's been in charge of this baby monk since he was two and a half, and from what I have seen his behavior and training have been exemplary. I've never seen a happier, better-behaved, or self-disciplined child in my life. His teacher must be doing something right. He's not spoiling him. If you look, this is a much younger child than the others and requires more time. I doubt any of these men became monks expecting to be surrounded by young children.
