    I soooo understand the fatigue wall. Honestly, for me the pain and stiffness sucks but the fatigue is the hardest for me to deal with. I feel like there is never enough spoons to make it through a day.

    You are walking so good I can't walk properly bcoz of groin and lower back pain

    My rheumatologist is not a good one, he doesn't see me except once a yr for about 10 minutes. My PCP has quit seeing me when I lost my insurance & my job, due to the company I worked for having gone bankrupt. I suffer from AS, & I have chronic pain from this, I don't think that the ppl I encounter in healthcare (I work in healthcare) understand that I have limitations due to my AS I've encountered many whom think I'm faking it, I'm lying, I'm lazy! I'm still trying to maintain full time employment, I've started a new job we'll see if I can do this.
