I think the fact that the minions can't communicate with each other verbally makes it much more interesting. They literally need to share a brain to run that kitchen together smoothly. Can you imagine what a voice chat would sound like with all the minions talking 🤣

I love the chaos at the start and how Ped's dictatorship brought order towards the end (some order at least). Probably would take multiple viewings for me to parse what each faction was doing, like how ice cream minion was playing with the covers like a piano...
