Please I want to know what's the meaning is PDCCH EPRE Offset / RS dB and Max PUSCH C /I +N dB ، please

PDCCH EPRE Offset/RS dB means relative power of Energy per resource element for PDCCH to Energy per resource element for reference signal.
Max PUSCH C/(I+N) means max SINR in uplink
