Man, don't worry about that one guy complaining. You have good content so the ads don't bother me and I let them play out.

All my door cards are doing the same thing , drives me nuts . Had the rears off this weekend trying to figure out a way to make something better for the pin that holds the windows to the regulator . That is driving me nuts too
Doors look good ! Seats too
Edit : Bro your the only channel I let the ads play through you deserve it

Thanks for the little shout out. I'll be grabbing a mk5 rear cupholder to test with one of my many spare rear door cards and a spare rear door to see if we can fit in, or if there needs a surround to fit.

And ... wow, we don't tend to have failing/sagging fabric on door card inserts up here in Canada.
But we DO have broken heat-stake tabs on most door cards. :( I'm pretty sure broken tabs let in lots of road noise through the doors.
Some are so bad, that I was going to try and epoxy a screw as a stud to replace the blue plastic tab, and use a N-903-350-05 or N-906-350-06 clamping washer to press the door card tight. I was thinking this way, in case I wanted to take the insert apart at a later time.
