It's been said in a couple of different comments, but just to condense it: This song was originally written for her solo album, but didn't make the cut. Instead, she used it for her solo stage during Idle's tour this year. Then, rather than releasing a cover like she normally does for her birthday, she shot an MV for Radio instead. She said it was filmed all in one day in LA. She also said that it will eventually come to streaming platforms but it's not ready yet. :)

This song was written for her solo performed on the IDLE 2024 World tour, Let's see her perform it on stage 😁 And let's see her composed and recording behind for RADIO too Yuqi said the song is not ready yet for streaming platforms, she did for Neverland to enjoy the music video well cause she prepared it for her present to Neverland in her birthday as usual. She filmed the whole MV in 1 day, so she could release radio as a gift for Nevies on TH-cam on time. 🤗

From the behind the scene video of the writing and recording of the song , it seemed before and if I remembers well she even talked that it could be a good song for her album. Anyway before or after doesn’t matter much, point is she wrote the song a while ago performed the song during their tour and decided to release I it as a special clip just recently.
