this seems like more a eliminate the wrong answers to get the correct answer question.. albeit difficult. i thought with thiazide use, you would see other abnormalities like hyperGLUC.. but oh well nice pecs btw!
Alcohol can cause either non-megaloblastic macrocytic anemia or sideroblastic. But focus of Q is the hypokalemia. The free 120 Q is the same as another commenter pointed out, where Hb is a tad low but answer is the thiazide

Hey mike, why would the symptoms start just 6 weeks prior when the patient has been on a thiazide for 5 years?
