Thanks for this helpful video. I was trying trying to sync my ipad's "files" app to my iphone. They have the same wifi connection and apple ID. But when I do show all, the "Files" app doesn't appear. How do I get the "Files" app to appear so I can sync them? Thanks!

But I can’t change my Apple ID to the same one

But I don’t use the same Apple ID,see this is why I don’t search stuff on TH-cam bc this was not helping at all

mohamedshahin8187 Bro, after Syncing, make sure all the data are in your iPad, then sign out from Apple ID from iPhone. Then reset it. then you should not lose any data and they should be on iPad.😊

whenever i try to turn on the sync in photos, it says my icloud needs more storage and doesn't let me do it
