Hungry Cakes I loved them! I got 2 different versions. In Texas we have a grocery store called HEB so I tried their brand, and I also tried a PF Changs version. I like PF's a lot better but they were both great. :)
When I was younger, I would ask my mother to 'burn' the outside as much as possible because I loved the crunchiness of biting into the potstickers! :) Brings back memories of making them on the nights before Korean holidays.
I just love the fact that you keep it so simple and sweet....What I also love is that you keep it very hygienic....your finger nails for example...so neat and trimmed. I just love it @hungrycakes... Please upload more ☺☺☺

Actually Bibigo is a legit Korean brand. It is pretty renowned and premium quality from S.Korea as most of their items are quite authentic. If you see any of them in your local Costco grab it you wont regret!!!

Yes, Potstickers are some wierd english name that americans came up with. Gyoja( japanese) Mandoo (Korean) is exactly the same thing as so called 'dumplings or potstickers'. In other word, Japanese Gyoja and Korean Mandoo are the same thing. :)

Potstickers are actually dumplings. It is a direct translation from Chinese as the dumplings sometimes sticks to the pan/pot they use to cook it
potstickers are pan fried while dumplings are steamed.
