First of all, I don't think Shaq should've left the Lakers. He had a good place there playing with Kobe, now I think he's kinda lost... The Suns needed a player like him. I mean they already had a good point guard now the have a good center too, which may come in handy.. but that's not where he belongs, he's like an outsider or something! But now with Gasol, the Lakers are much better. A very strong team and I'm rooting for them with O'neal, without O'neal or against O'neal!!

They did make the playoffs. They lost to the Spurs in the first round that year, but missed the playoffs the next year. They never were as threatening of a team as they were hyped up to be though and never will. Nash, Grant, and Shaq all get a year older, their bench in its current state is pathetic, their defense is just as bad as it has always been, and there seems to be a lot of instability in the organization with the trade offers being thrown out there. That team is in total disarray.
