India's first biosphere reserve is Nilgiri Biosphere reserve in 1986. This Operation Hat was ethically not valid as end cannot justify means. Nation interest is of foremost importance and risking lives of public is unethical. It is the duty of the state to look for public welfare.

Hello Rathore sir, It was amazing.Request you to please share same kind of videos in upcoming time.As far as my views are concern regarding "operation HAT" during 1960s, It was a compulsion for India to work with USA for any operation after losting war against China in 1962. During same time stamp USA was more closure to Pakistan as compare to India. India decided to pay more attention in case of any activities from Chinies government. But selfish USA wanted to to seek help of India for their detective work against China using Nuclear power generator and equipment. I am sure USA had not provide pros and cons of placing that kind of equipment in Indian territory for detective purpose deliberately. For every operation there must always be heat and trial kind of activities like what would be the advantages,disadvantages etc. Without proper planning,pre operation task this operation executed. In my opinion this operation executed at the cost of life of Indians. It is the responsibility of Indian government now to work on this proactively to find that missing nuclear power generator,in order to avoid any kind of critical situation in future.

Prathamesh Govekar because no helicopter of that time was able to climb massive hight with so cold temperatures. They find second device in underground beside mountains so helicopters are able to do that but no able to climb at hight of nanda devi.
Anuj saxena its not about jasoosi,helicopters have a limit of altitude and the air becomes rarified as we move up in hilly areas, helicopters can't reach such heights.
