The father in law shouldn’t tear up the business plan
OP..why would you try your In-Laws? They will see you as the housekeeper and they expect nothing else from you. You and your wife either move or you keep letting them kick you around!!
Finally, a story with a husband who lives their in-laws. I'm a little bit tired of the stories with the wives in-laws.
If I was in the Main Character’s shoes, I would have accepted the formal apology and then made the evidence of father-in-law’s financial misdeeds public, anyways.
He deserves that !

I think common sense can answer which category Alex’s parents-in-law fall into.
great story .
if i where in his place i for one would have exposed him to the world .
my reason is not as much about revenge but to stop his from harming others .
in the story he found proof what the guy was doing to the family .
the fact is that knowledge of how he can hide money and his other controlling action doesn't
come out of no where which means he likely did that to other people first and when you get bold enough you will likely try the same stunts on other people outside the family
and if he used his reputation
to try to get control of people it should at that point be a matter of public service
