In honor of the three-day music festival that defined a generation (Woodstock, held August 15-18, 1969), we proudly present Saturday’s performance entitled "The Summer of 1969." Saturday’s show features the arrangements of former MMB director, and current Western Michigan University director of bands, Dr. Scott Boerma. All of the drill was created by the MMB’s own Dr. Richard Frey.

Great show!! Amazing for the first game!
These kids work really hard. They love music and they love the Band. Inclusive, diverse group of kids practicing between 10 to 13 hours a day. Proud of them all. Long live these University of Michigan Marching Band!
