A shout out & big thanks to JazzMentl-ist John Yeh for this special request of "Fly Me To the Moon" in the sytle of Beegie Adair. It's a good one to dive into, and though her style is very different from mine, this is a good one to analyze. I would rate this for both Intermediate and Advanced, as both levels would get something out of it - just as I did. If you are new to this channel, I invite you to explore my different playlists. I have over 300 videos on this channel for intermediate, advanced and Pro...if you don't have time to search, just drop me a note below and tell me what you are looking for. I could point you to the right playlist or video. Subcribe. Hit the Bell. Share this in your pianist groups! And comment below! All engagement helps these videos rank..and let other pianist knows this channel exists. Thanks for tuning in! See you soon! - Paul

Beegie Adair is my favourite jazz player. What I like is how she plays the melody first than into jazz. Nobody else does that. This tutorial is fantastic because now I have an idea how she plays the chords. Excellent Tutorial.😊😊😊😊😊

That Am perhaps better expressed as C6 and the D dim. And if that’s how you look at it you are right in the heart of Barry Harris 6th/Dim land.

It will be difficult for anyone to understand all of your hard work in video production unless you try it yourself. like everything else You are never alone because there are subscribers like me who are begging for your video at this time, and do you know how dazzlingly valuable and beautiful your TH-cam life is? You are the one who did everything. Please make more good videos of you in the future. The growth of a TH-cam channel seems to have a beginning and no end. I hope you will grow as big as you have been working for your dream, and at the same time, I would like to give you my sincere praise and support for your channel to develop into a very large channel. I do not know which algorithm chose me here. I happened to watch your video, and I was tired and complicated, but it seems to make my heart happy. Your video is a good video that I do not get tired of watching over and over again. I'm looking at your video like a dream. Thank you for the space-like algorithm that made it possible to see good videos. It must not have been easy, but your enthusiasm is great.

Hi DS Kim...thank you for such kind words. It is indeed a significant amount of my time and money that goes into production. It's a risk for me, because I have no idea if this investment will break even at some point. But right now, I'm having fun doing it. I'll give it 6 more months. And then we'll have to assess if we should keep going or look into just building a membership website online. We'll see. That business decision doesn't have to be made till the fall. For the moment, the channel is growing a bit faster than the last season. So, all signs are positive! I hope you continue to enjoy the lessons. Thanks again for the kind note! I really do appreciate it. - Paul
