When you first reached out to me about this CGI domino video idea, I was so excited to see how it would come out - did not disappoint! Full CG isn't really VFX. It's just an animation. I believe they use motion capture. Imo those are their worst reactions.

This might be my favorite Corridor Crew video yet. It was awesome getting a more in-depth look into the effects, and how you actually go about producing them from pre- to post-, especially what exact processes are going on in software to create them. It was also really cool to see some of the group dynamics and decision making that goes on behind the scenes. I really respect how you guys make decisions in that you all seem wholly concerned with the creative vision, and you aren't afraid to voice your opinions or express frustration. That's one thing I really like about how Niko and Sam lead the team; they ultimately have the final say, but they still consult the rest of the team regularly and are genuinely interested in how each person views the project. And I think that's not just a kind or empathetic approach, but actually a pragmatic one. It seems like it leads to really good dialogue between everyone, since people aren't afraid to express their frustrations and work through differences in opinion, as they know their opinions are valued and that each person is just striving to create something good. That seems to make a more effective team. It might mean that there is conflict in the short term, and the discomfort that comes with it, but in the end I think they know that no matter what arguments take place the integrity of the group is preserved. They know that It's not personal, and everyone is just trying to make the best product they can, and I think that actually makes it so. I've been in too many group creative endeavors where everyone just avoids conflict at all cost, and that cost is usually the final product, so I respect you guys a lot for doing it the way you do. The results speak for themselves, awesome video!
I really appreciated seeing them film discussing the "throwing in the wrench" dynamic. In past videos, I don't feel like that was given to such a full extent. Love your content guys, and the Dominos video was amazing!

Really dig that you keep all the hiccups and disagreements and tensions that occur along the way in these videos. It'd be so easy to make it all light and fluffy and "everything is fun 100% of the time" but it's great to properly represent the creative / production process!
This is the kind of Corridor Crew content I love the most :D I actually really liked the domino run video a lot, great work guys!

At first I disagreed with Niko, but after Wren's acting, I felt actually excited to see it. I see that as him seeing and wanting to make use of that ability, adding more emotion in which to get better invested in what your watching.
That's just my headcannon.

8:30. In this shot, you can see the mid sized dominoes run down the street. But the next scene with the street, those dominoes were gone. I stated this in the original video but I think this is a continuity error. Love the videos though and have fun on your vacation, Clint!
I understand Clint so much. I haven't had a real vacation since my one-day-trip to a public pool with huge wellness area in 2018, and my last "weekend" (i. e. a point in time where I have not been working for 48 consecutive hours) was in January. Hope you're having fun, Clint 🙂🕶🌴

Can you guys do a video on how they do practical in-vehicle crash scenes that are straight up jump scares - and what they did before vfx? I'm talking the ambulance crash in Joker and other scenes where folks are in the car during a very serious looking crash.

I recommend Galactic battles-Fan film. It mixes star wars, star trek, mass effect, and halo. I reccomend reacting to it. Acting is definitely not producing acting but it is fairly good in the CGI department.
