Very good video, Teresa. 👍👍 Very nice to see that things are moving forward with New Outlook. Unfortunately, some features are not available for private customers (Family/Single). 😅
I recently had to give up my old old Outlook (2013) and re learn stuff all over. The current "To Do" (for tasks) is not working well, recurring stuff (weekly) only recurs for two weeks and then just does not happen anymore. Its frustrating.
Thank you for reporting this issue. Please give Microsoft the feedback so they can add it to their "fix it" list. Also, I have a playlist dedicated to New Outlook.
Please note that the "app" pull down is only seen if your Outlook is configured to support ONLY a Microsoft 365 tenant. Mixed set of Outlook profiles will show a different set of options.
I have tasks added on my desktop app within the New outlook...but not displaying in my to do list on my mobile app (android)...its not intergrated on the outlook mobile app either...why is it all over the place? ....honestly a paper agenda is looking more and more reliable as time goes on with these 'solutons' ...easier to jot down and check off/scratch out when complete than constantly troubleshooting all these bugs...programming engineers are winging it at MS and its a lot of lost productivity for end users in my opinion. Im just venting because im tired of all the complexities for not😅 thank you for your really great videos

Thank you. MS don't always share what is available to Family/Single subscriptions.
Thanks for your videos; they are excellent. I do not have the new functionality with the search folders; the extras are not showing. Any ideas?
It's coming soon to the general public
Great video. Question for searching in the To Do: Can you only search for words in the subject and not on the words in the body?
Great question. Keyword searches the subject and body. It does not search for categories, for ex., "category:call back". I have given MS the feedback.

You must download the mobile To Do App on your device. Also, thank you for acknowledging that I am the messenger and not the decision makers.
50GB + 50GB = 100GB.
oh my. you are correct
