    Hi there! Perfect explanation! I can do the eggbeater with a noodle but without it I start sinking after few minutes. A teacher told me it's because I have little body fat and much muscle so I'm heavy for buoyancy... But the water polo players do it very nice! Where am I wrong?

    Thankyou I didn't know it was figure 8 and your hand sculling movement much wider then I was doing if I do better this Friday or able to do it I'll post here 🙂 I don't float so I'm not sure if I can but I'm committed to learning in the long term, being in the water is too awesome to give up.

    I forgot to ask what is the blowing bubbles for? I know holding breath help you to float, how does breathing into water help? Just beginner.

    • @KavibesTv
      @KavibesTv  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi 👋 blowing bubbles is to keep you neutralize your heart rate / heart beat specially when your tired in swim. To keep you relax and also is a drills to learn the proper breathing in and out in the water while your swimming

    Thanks a lot.....when I do number 3 i
    always have a cramp at adductor muscle and get tired very quickly and sink finally😢....what can I do to avoid this and improve my water treading

    • @KavibesTv
      @KavibesTv  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thanks for the feedback yes if you felt muscle cramps during water treading it’s because your not relax and you did a lot of effort of doing that, in this way don’t need to fight the water instead you just feel the water then you can float and you can stay in the deep.

      @KavibesTv  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Try to feel the water first and understand your floating then you can add with breathing when you feel more comfortable
