As someone who has dealt with a lot of job applications, they will just not bother with anything too long (CV or video) for the introduction, Keep the CV to two pages, the cover letter to one page, and the initial video as a shortish precis or summary of your pitch (5 mins and under if possible), just covering the main opportunities/gaps as you see them and the keys ways you will be able to help address them. Leave any specifics until they ask for a follow up call/interview but make sure you have all the details to hand and have memorised the most important parts. Putting too much up front both discourages them from slogging through it and makes you seem overeager/desperate which is another turn off and puts you on the back foot for future negotiation. Appear competent and confident but not too arrogant (you need me) nor overly humble/needy (I need you).

I just launched the 1.0 version of my autobattler that plays a lot with scaling into the late game, there might be some stuff that could inspire you there as it comes from a very different angle (action + roguelike). If underlords use WC3 stats like STR, AGI, INT I could see my food system working very well there, they work like tomes in WC3: permanent consumable stat gain. 3 in one letter. A one Paragraph elevator pitch, because Valve is lazy and ?busy? A longer few paragraphs that gives the detailed bones, and then a fucking thesis.
Brevity and state you have more details if they are interested and they can ask for more information. Everything all at once is probably overwhelming and won't get read.
My opinion would be to do both , versions . Hook them with your points and then if they want to dive in deeper with what you are saying then they can access that file. hope it goes well
