Unsure why I can't see my attached file in my contact record if I don't add the decision tree and just place the upload files in one screen instead of two.

Can you tell me why we used get records after upload files and not create record for notes and attachments because we already associated the upload files to contact by using related id.
We use get records to fetch records and then do some process on them like filtering or looping etc but why did we use get records here after upload files screen also is it necessary to use that.

@@salesforcegeek The scenario is to upload a file using the salesforce flow ,relate the uploaded file to a record and immediately delete the uploaded file from the UI after it has been uploaded.

@@salesforcegeek .it is my school assignment, my tutor just wants to make sure I understand how to upload a file which I can do perfectly and relate it to a record but deleting that particular file again from the UI using flow has been giving me issues. I will appreciate your assistance.
@Salesforce Geek - Why the Success Screen is connected to Contact Form (Screen )in the Flow? Also currently this All Communities option is not available in the Setup. Can you please the alternate option for this & if there is any video is available for this, please provide the information.
Because you can also submit the another record after showing success screen.

I didn’t use any template I created it manually.
You need to configure guest user settings inorder to create records from flow

I am trying to put flow in my community but this error shows- ' This is placeholder. Flows don't run in Canvas'
It's all right. Try the preview mode, or impersonate a community user.
To do that, take a user that can access the Community, go to his user's details page, then go to his Contact record.
From the Contact page, click on Login To Community as User
Can you do a report for this flow where I can show the uploads for the contacts from this flow?

During file upload, which type of file does it support??? I am not able to upload docx file...Error is "Your company doesn't support the following file types: .pdf"

Hey Nurul I just checked my scenario and it's working fine I can see both the Email and Mobile phone the reason is you are not able to see the phone because I used Mobile Phone and in Compact layout the field is Phone.
You can check the debug log at time stamp 20:00 for the better clarity.
