También hay que incluir el morder las manzanas, el turrón y el elote ya que existe la remota posibilidad que al tratar de marcar se salga alguno de los alambres que recubren el bracket

Realmente es de acostumbrarse sabes? Los primeros meses si debes tener cuidado con las cosas duras que comas, ya los siguientes tendras mas practica y sabrás comerlos sin romperte un bracket

Those can get stained really easily, also I am not a dentist, but please stay away from gum. It will get stuck between your brackets because it is sticky and will have the possibility of getting stuck.
