GiganticWebsites.com is a project through which I make it possible for people to build truly gigantic websites (thousands of articles each!) at ridiculously low prices. If you have a great domain you want to turn into an amazing website or an existing site you'd like to upgrade/scale, visit our website or check out the One Minute Economics presentation video below:

Please note that this comment is not an ad for a third-party service provider. GiganticWebsites.com is my baby 100% and I will personally be involved in each and every project so as to ensure the website turns out great :)

Look for undervalued vehicles, yes the good vehicle is $10k and the used vehicle $5k, but say it only takes additional $2k in repairs to bring it to the same level as the good vehicle, then your still up.

It's possible for sure but let's not forget that there are various hidden costs involved, many difficult to quantify. For example, how much time do you have to spend fixing the various problems, going back and forth with mechanics and so on. How much is that time worth. The same way, it's all fine and dandy if you can fix everything right away but what about well-camouflaged problems that might pop up let's say in the middle of your vacation, leaving you and your family stranded? What's the price tag one would put on that? The list could go on and on :)
You might say such scenarios are unlikely and I'd agree, but as a driver myself, I've seen various situations that made me say "ouch!" out loud. For example, I was at a wedding and someone's car broke down. They called a tow truck to take it back to their home town and went along for the ride (they no longer attended the wedding). Halfway through(ish), that vehicle broke down as well :(
I'm not saying finding undervalued vehicles can't be worth it, merely pointing out that something which seems to be a screaming bargain oftentimes turns out to be anything but :)
