Federal judges can only be removed through impeachment by the House of Representatives and conviction in the Senate. Federal Judges and justices serve no fixed term. They serve until their death, retirement, or conviction by the Senate. Therefore impeachment would require bipartisanship which is unlikely to happen because of the ReTrumpliCon cult presence in Congress that already exists.

If you are commenting on if Judge Cannon is slow walking the case, the people you interview should be familiar with all aspects of the case.
They appear to have forgotten how she illegally asserted jurisdiction and instigated the special master BS, causing delay and her being excoriated by the conservative circuit appeals court.

There are two issues here with Cannon. One is that she has the unenviable distinction of being the first judge ever to handle a case of this precedent and enormity, so no one can say that another judge might have handled this case any better, as far as the huge volume of documents she has to deal with and the endless evidential hearings and motions. The other issue is that Cannon has bent over backwards for Dump, accommodating him at almost every level with his delay requests, despite being chastised by the Circuit Court of Appeals. It doesn't win her much sympathy.

Regarding Allen Weisselberg never taking the stand: the defense could have called him. The prosecution couldn't have kept him out, but then the defense would have had another witness as bad as Robert Costello, or worse. Weisselberg is sitting in prison for perjury. Prosecutors would have torn him apart.
The Mar a Lago documents case should have been resolved long before now but Judge Cannon hasn't even yet addressed the CIPA aspects of the case.

I served as an assistant to a public prosecutor. What amazed me when I first went in, It's the theory was to throw everything against the wall and see what sticks. Several times I dismissed cases And the senior prosecutor overrode my decision and refiled the cases.
The case should never have been assigned to a rookie judge with no trial experience.
If you are not the attorney's for this case you shouldn't be giving legal advice to persuade the jury. Shame on these networks that allow this including MSNBC.

Grasso is on point.
The criticism of Cannon is not only over speed, that is a complete mischaracterization. If Cevallos hasn't been following the case, he should not be on screen talking about it. For a start, she, for no legal reason, intervened in the investigation leading up to this case. That is unprecedented and brazen. She appointed a special master in bad faith, demonstrating bias and naked partisanship. Her failure to recuse herself from the trial is, therefore, utterly outrageous and creates the appearance of impropriety. The FACT of impropriety has been shown, beyond reasonable doubt, by her subsequent conduct Failing to make even basic decisions for months, then making terrible ones, things a first year law student would get right, she has then taken months to walk them back - that's not incompetence, carefulness or "slowness", it is deliberate, malicious delay.
