So which one do you prefer? I tried the second method but it made the chest part look bulky. If i use the first method, the blouse would be wider at the waist part.

Actualy I prefer the second method Because it is easier and gives a good result so I work with it .

Actually i said wrongly. The FIRST method made my blouse bulky at the chest part. 🤣 But anyhow, yeah 2nd is the best.
