Nice game, love the 'killer bees' and sound track. I've released a game recently on Android based on rolling balls in different puzzle cubes called 'Rolly Rolly'. More of a simulation puzzle rather than cartoon style game. Thanks for uploading your video. Liked!
Looks like an interesting improvement of the basic tutorial. The only thing that felt weird to me while watching is, I thought these were golden coins, but then I realized they look more like yellow balls with flat color. Other than that, a roll-a-ball with jumping, deadly water, pretty good job in level design and modeling, nice. I merely changed the tutorial so that the score shows time instead of items picked up.

Just a quick guide for y'all - The movement is the same as the one in the roll-a-ball tutorial, just with added jumping. You can use brackey's 'make a game' 3D platformer series for jumping code - The camera is just a simple script to rotate the camera around the ball, either with mouse movement or the right joystick on a controller.
There's a function in Unity that lets you rotate around a point, under the transform documentation. open up the Unity manual and search for Rotate, it'll come up. You can use that along with input and a bit of math
Look at the unity tutorial by unity on roll a ball, and for mouse, you might be able to assign a variable on all the 3 axises to variable to change camera rotation.
