      @@sarahstgermain2646 thank you for this reply. It’s true that others have been making these dragon wreaths. I wanted to show how it can be made on a different base.

    Loved this wreath!! Thank you for showing how to make it. I'm curious for what people sell these for.

      The prices are all over the board! I looked on Etsy and the cheapest I saw was $65, but some go up to close to $200! Most are right around $100-$120.

    • @crookedtreecreations

      Thanks for watching! If you wanted to add lights, I would weave them through and zip tie every once in a while to hold the lights in place.

    This is an awesome step by step tutorial! Thank you. One question, why did you cut the mesh with two different tools? Well I guess two questions. Do you have to cut it with a wood burning tool? Thank you for answering my questions.

    • @crookedtreecreations

      You can use either tool to cut the mesh. I like to use the wood burning tool so it’s less messy when I’m making the petals. But this style of petal doesn’t show any edge lines, so it doesn’t matter what tool you use! 😊

    How many rolls of each color of mesh do I need to make this dragon wreath?

    • @crookedtreecreations

      I used 36 pieces of the purple and 18 blue. You might be able to get the 36 pieces out of one roll of the mesh, but just in case there’s a flaw in that roll or it’s slightly undercut, I’d buy another roll, just to be on the safe side.

      @@crookedtreecreations How much of each color does it take? An entire roll? Thank you

    • @crookedtreecreations

      @candycooper6275 I used 18 pieces of blue and 36 pieces of the purple. You should get the full 36 pieces out of one roll, but sometimes you may only get 34 or 35. I always buy an extra roll just in case.

    Is that a 14” or 18” it looks bigger then 14”

    • @crookedtreecreations

      I just went back and checked! When I made this video, I didn’t know that Dollar Tree even made 18” wreath forms!
      But this is definitely a 14” form. The reason I know is because the 14” has 6 sections whereas the 18” has 8 sections. (In fact, I just bought a couple 18” forms today!)
