DESTROYING MY EVO 9 HEADLIGHTS/AIR DUCT

Hey guys so I decided to make my own custom headlight air duct on my Evo 9.
I basically destroyed my headlights by cutting into them. I like how they turned out tho.
Destroying my Evo 9 headlights and making a cold air intake on them was probably the coolest mod I have done.

Looks like it still has a opening from where you cut it. Doesn’t water/condensation gets inside the lens?

Yes it's open. Water gets thru but has not affected my light bulb yet. It also is getting dirty from the inside

Should of sealed it., I bet less that a week the inside of the headlight was full of dirt n debris

It's called edge trim. You can find it at autozone.

destroying was right, you half assed the job so bad i wouldnt be suprised if you had condensation, also i dont recall seeing you mention sanding before applying the VHT so enjoy the peely mess that thats gonna be

if you use adhesion promoter you dont necessarily have to sand it.
