what if there is no original sign when u go to add a new livery
Some vehicles, you cannot change the livery. However, not all liveries start with "sign".

can i make my own livery for the br8 f1 car and use it in online?
You will not be able to make a livery and use it in GTA Online, no - you can only use it locally or on a FiveM server.
what if a vehicle never had a livery but i want to add one to it
how do i make the car have the option to change liverys in the shop i have vehicles i cant add bumpers too cause it gives me no choice in shop as well
If a vehicle has no livery template on it, it may not support one at all. Contact the developer for more information.
