When playing an obby, try to stay calm in all parts of stages. It most likely helps your nerve system, affecting your keyboard movements and mouse.
When calm and steady, you should try going easy.
Once you get up with the training, you'll most likely be able to speedrun all tohs and beat many hard obbies.
