Comes from shark poop and the small stuff eats it and than that gets ate and so on untill the ajack eats a fish with the parasite. You can eat them they wont hurt you but i try to pick around them

great fish ,looks like a lot of work. when we used to go northern Minnesota the lake or yellow perch often had a small white worm in them, some people just said more protein mostly found them in fish that stayed near the bottom. didn't find them in the pike or walleye. so just stopped keeping perch. till we changed lakes. hang in there at least you can still get out.
I found you and your husband channel awhile back love to see your catch and cook videos. I subscribed to you both. Would love to enter your contest. Also love to see that families still get together like yours. In all my growing up years we as a family fished and camped out at the lake. We fresh watered fished. Still do but it's not be the same since I lost my dad just over two years ago. Got my kids into fishing when they were small.

Sitting here In England, 80 miles away from the sea, watching a young woman doing things I can only dream of and catching fish I've never seen before. If we weren't in lockdown, and banned from non essential travel, I'd be on my way to the coast . Don't even get me started on the cooking......I'm drooling! I have a tin of tuna in the cupboard and my cooker died last night.
