Emotional Education Is needed!

In experiencing what this wonderful theater of human life is like, I can't not notice that there is a severe lack of emotional awareness and management ...
Unfortunately we are very fragile beings, constantly looking for the way out of a state of malaise ... but what if the ways out we know are actually even worse ravines?
Emotional education should be obbligatory in schools.
If each of us knew how to manage ours emotions, we would suffer much less and consequently make others suffer less, making the world a more welcoming and peaceful place for all souls who want to evolve in freedom.
