While I do agree in theory that soup is indeed wet, why are her soups so wet? Like they seem like they need to be thickened up a little especially when you consider some don't have stock in them. They just have corn water from cans.
@@Controversialopinions69 I'm not looking for it to be thick like a chili. It's more that her soups seem overly watery like they are lacking any kind of body and probably taste like water. Even when she makes soups that are supposed to be thick, they still seem to be extremely watery. It could be as simple as "don't add all of the extra water from your canned vegetables." Even chicken soup is traditionally thickened with the presence of chicken fat in broth or flour/corn starch.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - I had a really rough day today and this video is the salve for my wounds. Thank you for your content MZA, it really makes my days better.
Adding to the dump and go discourse; if the meat is pulled from the freezer from a previous meal, that’s dump and go. If the meat was pulled from the fridge from a previous meal that week, that’s not a dump and go. The difference being meat from the freezer isn’t usually preplanned. However say I made a roast a couple days ago, and now I’m turning into my favorite pulled pork bbq. Bestie that was preplanned!
For the pulled chuck roast - you can buy that as an ingredient at a store. Therefore, it counts. You don’t see just cooked ground beef sold as an ingredient.
As a 29 y-o lady taking my college education last year, I was asked if I understood anything from the first week of anatomy and physiology all I said was "water do be wet." So I guess soup do be wet
@40:00 ish: Imo, if I look up this recipe and I need to have precooked meat to use for the recipe, it is not a dump and go! I would have to pre-cook meat if I didn’t have leftovers. If it isn’t a universal dump and go recipe, then how could it be classified as a dump and go? Truthfully it isn’t that serious, but I have come across recipes a couple times that claim to be one pot but you need leftovers and it grinds my gears a little bit lmao
Am i the only one who noticed she used four different crock pots? How many crock pots does one person need?
Probably for her videos so she doesn't have to wash the same one multiple times?
I have 5 crockpots 😂

The TH-cam cooking channel that launched a thousand philosophical debates.

Not all soups are thick for example chicken noodle soup

"Soup is wet" is giving the same energy as "What else is wet Karl?" 😅

Yes! This is what I’m talking about 😂
loving the ponytail and hat situation type deal! ❤
Very youthful, very demure

Imagine over cooked pork first time sure but then cooked again in a slow cooker for another 6 to 8 hours yummy pork jerky lol
Honestly so glad I found your main channel which then made me find twitch and in turn getting these reactions 😂I'm obsessed. Please never stop❤
I so want a shirt that says soup is wet now lol

Furious i missed this live, what a delicious treat
I thought chili and stews were a subset of soup. According to Professor Google they're separate?

Heres my issue, all the veggies and beans will be over cooked. Even on low veggies and beans never need 8-10 hours of cooking…..
🦛🦛🦛🦛🦛
oh, dear, this doesn't look at all appitising
What do you know about cooking? You seem to eat out a lot, but I did watch her video and no need for the cream if you already have cream cheese 😂
YALL SOUP IS SO WET!

10:49 she’s giving Mandy Garten I just know she’s the barefoot contessa of that small town
17:23 that's a meat masher?? I've only ever used it on potatoes! I guess I didn't realize it had so many uses lmao
It’s perfect for ground beef! I love it. No big and lumpy ground beef type deals
I have used the dedicated meat masher thing to mash potatoes, and it does better than all those old fashion mashers. It's a very universal tool.
