At 1:45 quite a heavy coach and no breechings on the wheelers. Where I live such a thing would be deadly, even on level terrain supposing a brake failure? I drive horses almost everyday and seeing all this gives me the creeps, all these rigs with no breeching. I'm in Canada. Liability insurance has skyrocketed here recently for teamster rides and I'm sure it has something to do with this sort of flimsy reckless harnessing.
