Russian roulette story was BS. Napleons cousin was threateing beforehand that he was gonna kill him. Kadafi made a bet on the tyson fight and was saying he wasn't going to pay him. one dude held kafafi in a headlock and the other shot him after saying he had a bulletprooof vest on. He didn't do much time because he was on 16 but it wasn't considered an accident if you read the police reocrds.

I think Pac was just going for a different sound with the Makilveli Album. Pac was going in a different direction from the All Eyes on Me sound and theme. Makilveli album was more Militant and had a more serious tone to it....whereas Johnny J beats were more of a uptempo party vibe sound. Pac wanted to deviate from that theme for the Mak album.

I had cancer, so per my MD I eat lots of berries, pineapple, foods with Omega 3, leafy greens, walnuts, almonds, garlic and anything that helps with gut bacteria. Kimchi, sauerkraut, Greek yogurt. I use Monk Fruit instead of sugar. No processed foods. It takes some getting used to, but I really do feel good.
