When I was in preschool my mom dropped me off and she thought that she could quietly leave. I turned around to show her something and I freaked out and I couldn't open the door to the outside, so I had to watch my mom drive away. I didn't know that she was coming back like in 4 hours. It gave me a slight abandonment complex. My former husband who was my boyfriend at the time brought it to my attention cause when we we're talking I'd follow him around. The final straw was that I followed him into the bathroom when he needed to 💩. He said, "I'll be right back! I'm not going anywhere else! You don't need to follow me in here !" We still laugh about it. I had no idea that I was doing that due to trauma. Bruno has already done the Super Bowl, and it was AMAZING!

The thing about strain is it's measured in your heart rate. James, per my understanding, likely has better endurance from all his years being a PT. So his heart rate probably doesn't climb as high up as Fuhad's or Rem's because his heart isn't working as hard. I had the same issue at my gym where I felt like I was pushing myself so hard and just not seeing it on my heart rate monitor. My resting heart rate is usually between 48-50 and max heart rate during hardcore cardio doesn't go over 181 bpm and I recover really quickly.

Also, Jay Z did say he was nominated for awards when DMX dropped 2 of the number one albums in one year. He boycotted the Grammys. They should have watched the whole speech.
They are missing so much of the racial context of this Grammy convo. You’d have to be a Black American or know how the Grammys have snubbed Black Americans to get it. Jay was using Bey as an example not just talking about how the two of them have or haven’t won things.
Was thinking the same. Context is everything!
Like that some Grammy voters refuse to give Beyoncé album of the year even though they think her album is the best because she’s won a lot. Even though she’s primarily won in urban categories. They’re essentially telling her, she’s good for a black woman.
back to school has me feeling like a genius
Facts 😂
gang
Nah the way it has me feeling my age we clearly learned nothing in the 1900s😂
Valentines in the way Manscaped would be a great gift!!
Plot twist:they selected this subject to give Fuhad an intervention 😂😂
And they failed cause it came on too strong 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You guys have to listen to the entire Grammy speech to understand what he was really saying
Bruno already performed at the Superbowl. Killed it, of course. Usher just set a new bar last night.
49:13 - 49:21 Fuhad's face - this is how I look at the screen at McDonalds for my order to be ready
This thing about Nigerian childhoods is no joke! We would scramble once the parents came home. It’s a shame that fear is the primary way Nigerian parents run the home.
Fuhad unlocked his inner dad”what’s a basic taste? “
“THE TASTEBUDS” 😂😂😂
Trueeeeeeeee
Daddies❤❤❤, award winning daddies😊
I’m literally a table game dealer in Las Vegas and I’m WHEEZING at the intervention
I'm now so addicted..I watch it as soon as it drops..less than 5 minutes 🤣🤣
🤣 I get mad when they take long to upload.
Addiction is real
Too real🤣🤣
A day in the life of james n fuhad would be soooo awesome honestly yall would get soo many views because fans want to know what u do on a day to day even if its boring or busy i think a lot of people are interested in what u do outside of the podcast!!!
Anyone else agree??
Childhood trama!!!

7:53 as a fellow African child, I feel you on that Fuhad😭 you are either reading/doing homework or cleaning the whole house, as i’ve gotten older they’ve relaxed but got damn, childhood was serious
I love Fuhad!!! He does what he does and says what he said. You cannot confront him, he locks down! 😂
Like a true Nigerian
5/5 for Back to School this week. 🔥
The intervention was brazzyyy💀
I HAVE A CRUSH ON REEEMMM
Ellis saying “Ellis 1 “ with such base and confidence is so exciting 😁🤤☺️
My goodness I got 5/5. That Oxford degree was not wasted
My child hood trauma is growing up in Ireland in the 80's and 90's ,the fathers were always drunk or drinking, mothers were always pregnant or just after having a baby, we'd be starvin , im 40 now still here, and my daughter has tge best of everything, kids today don't know the struggle ❤❤
That dilemma was WILD 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ellis losing Back to school really hurts me....
I still believe in him...🥺
My aunts gambling addiction was to feed her drug addiction. When she was high and won she would take us places that our parents couldn't afford and food I never had that was amazing...after that she was always a absent hot mess to my cousins.
The emotion intelligence on Fuhad 🥲 God someone like him 🥺🥹
Walking in on parents mid-stroke is the one 😭😭 with the sound effects too.
I’ve been looking at Whoop for the longest time, never taken the jump, even watched the DOAC ep on it… but these guys just convinced me to sign up. Give them their 💰
" men on pause " 😂😂😂
44:20 Burnaboy performance at the SuperBowl would be wild!!

Create another channel (SnG quests or MoreSnG)
Record the paddle games as a starter and maybe randomly unload vids of whatever you guys do together for the SnG cult to enjoy
Just in time for the morning spliff
Great minds think alike 😂
It’s 3pm

"You should be ashamed of yourself." - James
I felt that burn through the screen
what traumatized me was when i used to chill under a laundry basket for fun, one day my brother came and sat on it knowing I was underit. He refused to get up till I was nearly crying. Im still claustrophobic till this DAY lmaooo
pitbull would do a SICK halftime show
I swear some of the stuff siblings did to each other is the reason for so much of our damage
Y'all should've done more research into that Grammy speech because you guys missed the entire point of what he was talking about. It was not just about Jay & Bey. It's about the entire system.
Drake JUST stopped submitting his music last year because of the BS, but not everyone wants to walk away.
We were rooting for you Rem!!!
50:25 “who is this for?”😭😭😭😭😭 james is hilarious
I'm always ready for a STORY when there's a segment that has anything to do with childhood trauma 😭
43:20 Bruno Mars has done the Super Bowl. Twice. It was fire 🔥
THE DILEMMA HAD ME IN SHAMBLES 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
7:58 no bc same- every time i hear the keys or their footsteps, i gather my things and run to my room 😭😭
So happy for Ellis 🥹
Fuhad:' Next segment you're chatting s-'. James: Alright lolololol
Had me dying g, I’ve replayed that bit about 8 times 😂
Love the pause for the 'wink' moment, Rem
😂😂😂😂wink away REM had me hollering
We can tell that you guys really like each other! All 4 of you all!! That's amazing to make money with your friends!! Love the show!
Congratulations boys on 365 ep, an episode a day for a year officially🥳
I got 4/5 on the class segment and I was hype!
