Suns fan here after Kobe’s untimely death. I came back to rewatch these games which fostered my love for basketball and we’re a huge part of my childhood. Losing Kobe is like losing a part of my upbringing as weird as it sounds but I remember so vividly hating the Lakers and dreading Kobe catching fire. I can’t believe he’s gone, I pray for him and his family during this time. A wife lost her husband and daughter and children will have to grow up without a father and it just breaks my heart. RIP to a man who’s work ethic and the way he carried himself as a father, a business owner and a man in the community have all transcended beyond basketball.
A broken finger, had 1 All-Star as a support, played with people who can't name after 6-7 players on the roster without wondering whom it was, not the most talented support cast, but made them better and beat a 4 All-Star team in the Finals and doesn't proclaim himself as the GOAT, just always paid his respect to the previous generation and passed the knowledge to the next. This is the GOAT. Oh by the way, this all happened in one season

Went to game 2 of the series. Awesome stuff.
Also, I'll never understand that Phoenix fan near the end of game 6, cheering for Kobe after he hits that huge shot. It's like he's so mad that he's now cheering for the Lakers out of anger. 17:31
Man Kobe is Kobe! I've ran out of words to Say! Rip Mamba!
Straight Assassin I don't care how many times he has to shoot he still plays defense and has the winning attitude like jordan he just hates losing and he didn't jump from team to team to win either he stayed with his squad the whole time after he retires there will be no one who will hold it down from the early Era which was real basketball
The shots of Kobe was hitting against the suns in 2010 and Kobe he is my favorite and Idol the Goat and the legend ❤❤❤❤❤
Everyone who ever argues that lebron is better than Kobe has to remember that the 3 years that He actually had competition in the east with the celtics and the magic he didn't make the finals.
He has always staid in he east cause he couldn't make it out if the western conference. As great as Jordan was Kobe is a better all around player he might have some better stats but you have to remember Kobe was on some really weak teams he had to carry and he played with injuries ore than anyone in any sport
@@luisaldaz23 lebron is better than kobe kobe is great but damn lets be real.
@Daniel Harper kobe is nowhere near lebron and jordan lol fking bastard
@Daniel Harper you are kobricksexual right?
playstyle, skill level might be closest smh kobe is no where top5 and michael is goat and lebron is top5 lol fking moron shaq and pau, artest carried kobe
You guys notice how every shot made is all net no bouncing around the rim but Swish ! Net snapping every time Kobe was a basketball god and I’m a huge Suns fan so heart break every year playing him was impossible to escape
Funny thing bout it , this was kobe 13th season
Yea u right ; wen kobe is out their its like he sniffing for blood, look possessed lmao
+sports guy no way you're serious?
***** oh ok ok, thought you meant the year he was playing in the video or the 17th year.
***** yeah man big maybe, but he was doing good before injury. He was out of shape as well
Ballin Too Stop
Kobe was so good, feel I underappreciated his talent when he played. Top 5 of all-time in my book. 👍👍
IF this phoenix suns team was in the east. They would go to the finals every year
not against lebron
+Yaser Himed totally agree....east was so weak...only the celtics would have gave them a problem
+Stretch Armstrong lebron didnt even make it to the finals that year himself smh
+Heissem Dickson the only problems the suns really had was staying healthy, the spurs and Kobe Bryant
Yaser Himed agree 😂
Let's not forget that my favorite player EVER was playing with a broken finger! Straight assassin on the court! Man, I miss those days...R.I.P. Mamba
These 18 minutes were dope, time well spent.
I remeber 👀 every single game of these playoffs east and west kobe was still showing us at this time he was the best player in the 🌎
I already miss Kobe already . Those were the days when the lakers were good . I miss those days . Kobe is amazing and fucking unstoppable . Kobe is a fucking legend and the best player to ever played the game .
Out of all the repeat teams in the last 15 years...why is this one so underrated
I came for one reason and one reason only. Game 6
Watching these..is both making me happy and sad.. my hero isn't here anymore 😓.. but he left behind so many memories..that his spirit lives on
I'm a big stephen curry fan, and but without a doubt this round against the suns was the best shooting i have ever seen
I hope the nba fans today could watch this to understand the meaning basketball greatness .🐐
Kobe and Pau were a great 1-2 punch... underrated tandem. Pau is underrated in general
Man i’m so happy i got to see Prime Kobe play
I still can't believe ur gone.... this was still just like yesterday
Still one of my all around favorite series of his
Kobe was from another world Rest In Peace mamba best laker ever
Love watching old Kobe highlights and then always come back to reality that Kobe isn’t here anymore… RIP Bean!!
Best most entertaining performance I've ever witnessed from a basketball player in my life, been watching the NBA since 98
Really awesome videos man! Always good to watch in times like these. Can't wait for Kobe to come back and get back to business.
My favorite highlight series from him. Rest easy Kobe 💜💛
I LOVE KOBE ❤️
Unguardable.... Crazy to think that peopel don't put him in thier top 5... That is just factually incorrect. Unguardable KILLER. no super teams, just some decent teamates and wins 5. all loyal rings.
just beautiful to watch
I’m waiting for the day that people (the haters) will literally give Kobe his flowers. After watching him vs Houston and then the suns I just don’t see how you can’t put him in top two of all time. Many greats before him but it’s just hard to explain Kobe. If he had more athleticism then I think many would call him the goat. Especially had he of not been benched for his first few seasons…
Kobe had all the moves flowin bruh, especially that last game he ended the Suns!!💜💛
He just played the game so well... his approach, performance, passion, etc. just a beautiful thing to behold.
And who thought to have Dudley on this man???
this is the Kobe that i know.
his play making is unbelievable. even without a playbook hes still effective. and the timing on his decision making's so sharp as soon as he attacks theres no pausing whatsoever and if theres no option left he can always shoot
Kobe=greatness
Watching this and listening to ppl say Kobe didn’t make his teammates better is wild
