From the look of the profile, I would bet that the rift is made with a buzz bottom tool mold with a meteor or a comet top tool mold. I've heard Innova does wildcat molds like this for infinite.
Ok sweet! Also forgot to ask how does it compare glide wise to the buzzz or buzzz SS? Just curious as I throw a buzz although I like it I used to throw a truth and loved the glide of it where as the buzzz is straight but not as much glide so just curious if a bar ham Buzzz SS or rift would work? Thanks for any answers!!
Gustavo Ocampo I’m actually currently editing a Buzzz vs Rift video with a few clips of the Buzzz SS! But I can say that the Rift has more mid flight turn than a Buzzz, but similar finish, so it tends to be a little further. It fits nicely between the Buzzz and Buzzz SS.
@@JimJohnMarks I think it depends from Disc to Disc. I’ve had a DGA disc that’s slick as crap then a Rift that had good grip to it. Just depends on if it’s newer run (grippy) or older runs (usually slicker in Discraft plastic)
@@JimJohnMarks do you like discs because of the grip or the plastic not being rigid that you could press your fingers into? Just checking so maybe I can help
I saw your rift ad on the memorial coverage. That is such a clean and informative ad! Great job! You got my attention.
Good stuff man! Loving the rift myself and bagging 2 already, keep up the good work.
Thank you! Always appreciate the support! I can see the Rift being a staple for a lot of players for many years to come!
Great vid dude! I finally got around to asking what the rift flew like and just decided to watch this vid instead!
Thank you and glad you enjoyed! I hear the Proline Rifts have a little more over stability to them, so bigger arms than mine will really covet those!
This course is in Minnesota and I've played it at a collegiate qualifier, but i cant remember the name of it... fun course though!!
Used a couple in the video. For the field shots it was at The Valley. The course shots were at Rosland and Red Oak!

With the way the Rift flies, I wouldn’t be surprised. A Buzzz with amazing mid flight turn and strong fade.
I just got a flex rift in a mystery box, its super flexible, almost floppy
Have you compared this to the first runs at all by any chance? Just wondering haha.
Unfortunately I have not. Hope to get a chance to throw more Rift’s this year!
