Stretch first. Stretching can help u to split as far as you can. It will hurt at first but stretching everyday will make u able to split. You will be suprised !

I started learning this dance it's easy but to do it so good like Lisa you need practice practice and practice me I did it I practiced this 2 times a day and I'm close to what I want so fighting ❤️✨

This choreo is one of the easiest in choreo history(in kpop, of course). However, if you are not used to dancing, it will be a bit hard for you...but here's a few tips:
~Make sure you know the song, listen to the song as many times as you need to get the feel of everything. So you'll know the beats and words because this choreo goes along with those things, of course. It's very helpful to REALLY know the song.
~Watch the choreo repeatedly. I suggest you watch it in slow motion so that you can go along with it the more you watch it. By now, you should have the vibe of the song down and everything.
~Stretch! You may think you can't do certain things, but once you stretch, it's like you're a different person! Make sure you stretch before and after you dance so that if you get sore, you won't be that sore.
~Learn either the hand movements or the leg/foot movements first. Don't try to learn both together(unless you're used to dancing).
~DRINK WATER!
~Practice practice practice!! Just because you don't dance often and just because you think you can't do it, doesn't mean you can't. If your body is able to function normally, then there you go. You won't know if you don't try, stop saying you can't because you can💜💜

No, this is not one of the easiest in kpop history. To do this dance WELL you need a lot of technique such as breaking, footwork, bouncing, rhythm and musicality. You can easily learn any choreo, but the thing is to do it WELL.

But technically all the moves are not complicated so yes it is easy. And execution isn’t what they are talking about. They are talking about the CHOREO. Execution is different.

before trying the dance, warm-up with mobility routines that have joint strengthening exercises. then stretch. then dance. Hope you're alright
