My dear Mom use to do that and it was wonderful broth! It's a tough grind when you have all that work to survive on a homestead.Just take care of yourself with a quiet time for yourself! I know it's difficult being a Mom, wife, animal Mom, gardener, peace maker, chef and creating of a U-tube channel. It doesn't take much to get "burn-out" and your body will eventually tell you somethings not right. We're all pulling for you!
Great video. I am in TN and have sown brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage and kale. 72 plants. We will transplant in Feb. We have these little pyramid shaped things we cover them with to protect from frost. Thank you for the content.
I use my Insta-pot on high pressure cook for 1 hr for turkey broth. I’ve been doing 40 mins on chicken thighs and legs for soup. Use the meat for chicken sloppy joes or whatever else. Quick, EASY, DONE, no babysitting. I was going to suggest bunching onions so you spread out the use of real onions. They keep reproducing. Put them in your raised gardens or that green stalk or greenhouse. I find spice plants have to be near the kitchen, otherwise I will never go out to fetch them for cooking.
