Loved the interview looking forward to more I really enjoyed there new record probably my fav by them surprisingly. Loved how you had them read there own music video comments
Yeah I remember that comment that someone made on the Hostage music video about the Mitch Lucker stomp being used and the only thing I wrote with his comment was "so?". Like people need to realized that a lot of people do that so I don't see the problem with that. I like the interview btw!
self inflicted makes me cry, well one song did from it. Eternal nightmare definitely has more of a personal feel too it though and it makes me feelings come out on blast, love it! Thanks for another great interview!
I mean that guy isn’t wrong about The song hostage being one big breakdown, love the album but that’s problably the only song I don’t like cause the song is really random and all over the place and sounds like the instrumentals and the vocals are taking turns it’s just a weird song
Should I have asked about how he felt about replacing Alex?--Nope. I conducted over 40 interviews on Warped this year--I prefer to focus on a band's current work, not their personal lives. Sorry you didn't dig it, but I have 997 others.
Jackie Cular Geez, no need to get so damn defensive. I wasn't even talking about your interview specifically and for the record, no I don't think you should've asked about Alex (I mean afterall, that's still something that has to do with the business side of the band). Instead, just ask them a couple of random questions here and there like, "what's your favorite movie?", because since Tom's new to the band a lot of people (myself included) don't know a whole lot about him. The two main things that I know is that he loves smoking weed and he's got a niece that he absolutely adores and both of those things I learned from his Twitter and IG accounts (and not from an interview). Also, you really need to learn how to be able to take constructive criticism.
I don't ask cheesy questions like, "What's your favorite movie?" because I ask research-based questions. Their likes and dislikes can be found on their IGs; I prefer to focus on their current work. We did the response to the TH-cam comments, which were more personal.
The ritual is getting stoned and doing shots, it’s amazing

Exactly. It's like saying someone can't do a windmill in the pit because only the first guy who's ever done one gets to do it.... haha

Hostage was beast.
hostage is one of my favorite songs hands down.
Nah
My bumb ass meant Tom and Jason not Alex my bad
And I tried to delicately talk about that... but I also feel like SO many bands in the scene have had high turnover rates.
dude needs to speak up jesus all I hear is eurruhhruhhhruhhh
I don't think DOE came out in 2010 but ok
It actually did come out 2010 lol
DoE >>>>>> anything they’ll ever put out now with the current line up lol. No contest
Why are music interviews so impersonal these days?! Sad really.

@@InTheKeyofChange This was an amazing interview. I still watch it today keep up the good work thank you for bringing me stuff I enjoy watching.
Keep it about the music. Drama somewhere else.
Neither one of these guys are original band members. They were much better with Alex and Jason
To be fair, Jason isn't an original member either
