I have come to the same conclusion. I have noticed to that while a return is pending, sales seem to slow down. And as soon as mine close, sales pick right back up. I charge it to the game and use that down time to schedule listing for when it is resolved.

I did the same and just focused on listing as much as possible during the down time!

It’s pretty suspicious. I can see that they want to protect their buyers but a top rated seller getting throttled for a return is crazy if it is true.
