And the elephant in the room, what was the budget on this project? My guess is the fees are almost as much as someone making a regular salary would spend on their home. Seriously, this is a nice project, and as a fellow architect, I can appreciate that there is a premium that is demanded for this type of work, however, even I can't afford this type of thing, and I'm the one who designs buildings for a living.
