Wow I’ve listened to every single podcast and utube video on high blood pressure for and this is the best interview ever!!! This dr knows his stuff and it makes me hopeful for my sons unknown cause of HPB. The interviewer was great too Does the dr do online visits?
Great interview! I'm not hearing the names of the supplements the Dr is recommending near the 37 min mark and before then. I also wonder what recommendation would be for the high systolic and normal or low diastolic pressure. I'm trying to bring the systolic number down, but magnesium brought diastolic too low. Dr insists on an extra bp med, but I'm too afraid to take with diastolic so low.
This is a great video and thank you so much for marking the key moments! He mentioned the best supplements, I heard Arterosil but couldn't catch the name of the other supplement he said.
